ESG brokers 32,000 sf lease for ad agency.

In an important ad agency relocation and expansion move, the Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc. (ESG) has brokered a 32,000-square-foot lease for Cline, Davis & Mann, Inc. at 450 Lexington Avenue, announced Stephen B. Siegel, ESG's president.

The agency, which was formerly headquartered at 767 Third Avenue, where it occupied approximately 18,000 square feet, has leased the entire 31st floor and a portion of the 32nd floor at the new 40-story office tower developed by Sterling Equities an Hines Interests Limited Partnership.

ESG's James B. Emden and Richard Karson represented the ad agency in the 15-year leasing transaction.
