Los Alamos, NM-based micro fuel cell and solar cell technology developer Energy Related Devices (ERD) recently announced it has entered into an agreement with Manhattan Scientifics (MSI) for a worldwide non-exclusive license of MSI's MicroFuel Cell technology.

Under the agreement, ERD said it is allowed to "sublicense to any number of companies...to produce and sell MicroFuel Cells."
