ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Environmental Technologies USA, Inc. ETI is in the final stages of preparing and filing its year-end 10-K report and expects to be in full compliance shortly.
ETI's NASDAQ symbol has, therefore, been appended with a fifth character "E" to represent the exemption. Therefore, ETI's trading symbols are temporarily changed from ENVR to ENVRE, ENVRU to ENVUE, and ENVRW to ENVWE. When the NASD is in receipt of the required SEC document, the "E" will be removed.
