ENVIRONMENTAL CHEMICALS ANNOUNCES COMMENCEMENT OF OPERATIONS, PRODUCTION AND SALES OF 'ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY' INSECT KILLING PRODUCT LINE

ROGERS, Texas, Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Ringside International Broadcasting, DBA Environmental Chemicals Group (OTC: RDIT), announces commencement of operations, production and sales of one of its initial and long awaited "environmentally friendly" insect killing product lines. This line, selling under the name D'SPENSE, is a revolutionary method of applying flea, tick and head lice killing insecticides through the use of a patented comb and brush process.
This process cuts down significantly on the amount of insecticide required by up to 99 percent, according to tests, thereby reducing unnecessary exposure of insecticides to humans, pets and the environment as well as saving a consumer money. Fleas, ticks, head lice and other similar pests are common problems all over the world, transmitting diseases such as lyme disease. D'SPENSE allows for effective treatment of these pests without the usual problems associated with the application of treatment insecticides. Environmental Chemicals Group has extensive product and market research, with over 1 million test units used to date and expects dramatic sales set to begin immediately.
Environmental Chemicals Group is a company created for the purpose of originating, producing and selling products that are made from "environmentally friendly" components for use by consumers and commercial customers. The initial patented product lines consist of a proven fire ant killer, a mosquito killer and a flea, tick and head lice killing process.
The fire ant and mosquito killing product lines, registered under the trade name "Rapid Kill," offer ENCHEM its most explosive revenue potential. Fire ants are known to infest most of the southern United States, Mexico and South America, infecting thousands of new acres of land each week. Mosquitos, of course, are a severe problem in many areas all over the world. "Rapid Kill," in independent laboratory tests, is viewed as one of the "most effective" insecticides for killing fire ants and mosquitos available today.
Environmental Chemicals Group is traded in the over the counter markets under the symbol "RDIT."
