 ENVIRONMENTAL BIOSCIENCE CORPORATION RELOCATES HEADQUARTERS
 THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- To better serve the energy industry, Environmental BioScience Corporation (EBC) recently relocated its corporate offices to The Woodlands, Texas, from Cambridge, Mass. EBC has a proprietary process for the microbial desulfurization of a wide range of hydrocarbons, including crude oil, diesel fuel and residual oil.
 To head up the efforts for commercialization of the Microbial Desulfurization (MDS) process, EBC has recently assembled the following management team:
 John H. Webb, president & chief executive officer
 Webb has been employed in the chemical process industry for 20 years, most recently at Ethyl Corporation where he served as director, corporate business development.
 Dr. Daniel J. Monticello, vice president, science & technology
 Dr. Monticello has considerable experience in microbiology, biochemistry, molecular biology and the application of modern biotechnology to the processing of commodity chemicals.
 Mark W. John, vice president, sales and marketing
 John has 10 years of diversified sales experience both in specialty chemicals and oil field service products.
 Thomas D. Carey, vice president, finance
 Carey was previously employed by Kidder, Peabody and Company where he conducted a wide range of corporate finance transactions for both technology and environmental service companies.
 EBC is dedicated to providing innovative biocatalytic technology to the fossil fuel industry. To accomplish this mission, EBC is focused on biotechnology-based solutions which can be easily integrated into large scale operations.
