DALLAS, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- EnvirOmint Holdings, Inc. (BSE: EVM; OTC Bulletin Board: ENVM) announced today that it has entered into a $3,500,000 best efforts underwriting agreement with Worthington & Dunn Securities, Inc. ("WDS") of Dallas.
Per the terms of the agreement, WDS will fund EnvirOmint Can-Pactor, Ltd., a Texas Limited Liability Company ("LLC"), $3,500,000 by selling 175 membership units valued at $20,000 each.
