ENTWISTLE GREEN SELLING FEES AS LOW AS PS125 + VAT.

ENTWISTLE Green has been adopting a radical approach to stimulate the property market and has now launched its new initiative, offering selling fees as low as PS125 plus VAT.

Earlier this year, Entwistle Green held a campaign which enabled homeowners to sell their property without any estate agency fees, this was its 0% promotion which was available for a limited period only.

It was reported that over PS5 million pounds worth of property was sold and the sellers had no estate agency fees.

At a time when the cost of moving is a contributing factor in influencing whether a homeowner makes the next step to move this year, this created an immediate increase in properties coming to the market and, with an offer now unrivalled by any other agent, the team are preparing for a similar surge in new listings.

Branch Manager, Debbie Finney of the Allerton office, commented: "We are pleased to be able to offer another initiative that will reduce our clients' selling costs, in some cases of thousands of pounds!" She said: "Although the offer is only available for a limited period, I'm confident that this will make a dramatic difference to the level of properties coming to the market across the Merseyside area" Entwistle Green has the largest network of offices across the Merseyside and North West Region and, with a selling fee on offer of only PS125 plus VAT, anyone wishing to sell their property this year would need to contact their nearest office quickly to ensure they don't miss out on this fantastic offer.
