RYE BROOK, N.Y., Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- ENTEX Information Services, the Enterprise Technology Company, today announced that Robert R. Auray, Jr., 42, will join the $1.2 billion pc systems integrator as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
"ENTEX has set very aggressive growth targets for 1994," said John A. McKenna, Jr., President of ENTEX Information Services. Prior to American National Can, Auray served at Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. -- now KPMG Peat Marwick -- rising within five years to Supervising Senior Accountant.
In his new position, Auray will be responsible for all financial areas of ENTEX Information Services, including accounts receivable and payable, treasury, tax and budget forecasting. Additionally, he will assume responsibility for the Company's Information Technology initiatives.
Auray, who will relocate from Lake Bluff, Ill., to the New York metropolitan area, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Economics from Princeton University, and Masters degrees in Accounting and Business Administration/Finance from New York University.
