         ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION OF AMERICA CONTRACTS
         TO MANAGE AND OPERATE THE GOLD CLUB - NEW YORK
    DALLAS, March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Entertainment Corporation of America (ECA) announced today that it has entered into a long term contract to manage and operate The Gold Club-New York.  The Gold Club- New York is scheduled to open on July 9, 1992, in Midtown Manhattan.
    An entertainment/leisure company specializing in the operation of adult cabarets/gentlemen's clubs, ECA currently owns and operates The Gold Club-Atlanta and operates the Dallas, based Shanghai Lil's.
