ENOIA takes over India's Babcock Borsig Softech.


18 June 2013 - Dutch engineering firm ENOIA BV, part of Future Group Holdings SA SPF, said today it had purchased Indian multidisciplinary design and detailed engineering consultancy Babcock Borsig Softech Private Ltd (BBSPL) for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition of BBSPL, which boasts a record of sound performance, a talented team and robust engineering capabilities, will enable ENOIA to further diversify its services and drive greater growth in its engineering operations, ENOIA managing director George Paidoussis said.

BBSPL is based in Chennai and has a team of more than 100 engineers.
