 ANNOUNCE MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
 MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Endotronics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENDO) and Wheaton Science Products, Inc., a private company based in New Jersey, announced today they have signed a marketing and distribution agreement. Endotronics will market Wheaton's Integral(TM) Bioreactor System along with its BioPro(TM) software throughout the United States and Canada. The Integral Bioreactor System is an automated bench top bioreactor system targeted for pilot or production applications. The system can be used for vaccine production and for culturing animal, insect and plant cells.
 Richard E. Sakowicz, president and chief operating officer of Endotronics, said, "This agreement, combined with our recent purchase of the OPTICELL(TM) Cell Culture System product line from a Bausch & Lomb subsidiary, gives Endotronics the capability to offer a variety of solutions to meet its customers' cell culture needs, featuring hollow- fiber ceramic core and stirred tank technology -- the most comprehensive product offering in the biotechnology industry."
 Daniel Ingram, group vice president and general manager of Wheaton Instruments, said, "This corporate relationship between Endotronics and Wheaton combines the unique technology of our Integral Bioreactor System with Endotronics' substantial product and application support to provide additional value to our customers."
