ENDEVCO ANNOUNCES THREE NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS DALLAS, March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- ENDEVCO, INC. (AMEX: EI) announced
today the recent election of Paul M. Bass, Arthur W. Hollingsworth and Kenneth L. Smalley to its board of directors on March 6, 1992. These directors will serve for the balance of the 1991-1992 term and stand for election at the stockholders meeting on May 29, 1992.
Bass is executive vice president and director of First Southwest Company, a prominent Dallas-based investment banking firm. Prior to that, from 1978-1988, Bass was with May Financial Corporation, an independent regional investment banking firm, ultimately serving as its chairman of the board. He has been very active in civic and community activities in Dallas for many years including serving as president of the Salesmanship Club and as a director of many other organizations. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University. Hollingsworth is managing director of the Lewis Company, a private Texas-based investment partnership. He is currently chairman of the board of Sun Engine and Transmission Sales, Inc. and a director of several other privately-held companies. Hollingsworth graduated with honors from Harvard University. Smalley, until his recent retirement, served as senior vice president of Phillips Petroleum Company and as president of Phillips 66 Natural Gas Company, a Phillips subsidiary. Smalley's 39 year career with Phillips included executive and management positions in New York, Tokyo, Paris and Brussels. Smalley has been a director of the Institute of Gas Technology, Gas Research Institute and the Natural Gas Supply Association. He has also been active in community affairs. Smalley is an engineering graduate of Oklahoma University.
