HOLLYWOOD, Oct. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Susan Ruttan, Emmy Award-

nominated for her role in the long-running drama series "L.A. Law," guest stars in the new hit comedy "The Mommies," a Speer/Grossman Production in association with Paramount Network Television for NBC, on Saturday, Oct. 16 at 8 p.m. (ET/PT). Actor Rob Camilletti ("Loverboy," "Born on the Fourth of July," "Madhouse"), perhaps best known as Cher's former boyfriend, also makes an appearance as a sexy building superintendent.
In the episode, Ruttan portrays Anne, a close friend of Marilyn (Marilyn Kentz) and Caryl (Caryl Kristensen), who announces to the ladies that she is getting married. Overwhelmed by it all, Anne decides not to go through with her nuptials, leaving Marilyn and Caryl guilt-ridden. In an effort to undo the damage, the ladies round up their husbands and try to prove just how happy they all are.

Her additional television credits include "Deadly Medicine," "Quiet Little Neighborhood -- A Perfect Little Murder," "Do You Remember Love," with Joanne Woodward, the USA Cable network docudrama "Fire and Rain" and PBS' "Sweet Fifteen."
Ruttan's feature film credits include "Chances Are," with Cybil Shepherd, "Honky Tonk Freeway," "Independence Day" and "Bad Dreams."
