EMERSON RADIO POSTPONES REDEMPTION PAYMENT DATE NORTH BERGEN, N.J., March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Emerson Radio Corp.
(NYSE: EME) today reported that it had postponed until April 3, 1992 the March 20, 1992 date for payment of the redemption price of its 1989 common share purchase rights. As previously indicated, Emerson is seeking judicial confirmation that the 1989 rights may be redeemed as contemplated by the court-approved settlement of its shareholder actions.
Emerson Radio Corp. designs and markets a full line of popularly priced consumer electronics products.
