 EMERGING MARKET SPECIALISTS JOIN BROADGATE CAPITAL
 NEW YORK, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Broadgate Capital, Inc., a private


placement financing specialist, announced today that Tom Sarkany and Howard Seligmann, two founding principals of the StarTrade Mutual Fund, have joined the firm.
 Tom Sarkany has been involved in the securities industry since the mid-70's. At that time he joined the National Association of Securities Dealers, a self-regulatory organization for the over-the- counter securities market, working for six years in their New York office. Since 1980 Sarkany has been actively involved in the mutual fund arena. He became president of a regional mutual fund underwriting firm in 1981, and 1989 he and his associates started the StarTrade Family of Mutual Funds.
 Howard Seligmann served as investment attache for the government of Israel for a three-year period, prior to his association with the StarTrade Fund. Seligmann has extensive international experience and speaks six languages. For nine years before his assignment with the government of Israel, he was involved in numerous international trade ventures, doing strategic planning, marketing, managing corporate finances, and negotiating international trade agreements.
 Broadgate Capital, Inc., was established to meet the special needs of medium-size companies from emerging economies, and to help them finance their growth by tapping the U.S. capital markets.
