EM 'N BEN BEAT RAP; COCA-COLA LEAGUE 2.

MACCLESFIELD 3 HEREFORD 1 KEITH ALEXANDER was delighted after Emile Sinclair and Ben Wright silenced the Macclesfield boo-boys.

The strikers have come in for stick after a barren run.

But Sinclair scored twice - his first since September - either side of Wright's debut goal for Town.

And Macc boss Alexander beamed: "They did very well. They worked hard as they have done all season.

"But when the chances came their way they took them so I'm delighted."

Leon Constantine grabbed alate goal for Hereford - but boss John Trewick was still furious with his Bulls.

Hefumed: "We lacked grit and desire in both boxes."
