       ELECTRONICS, MISSILES & COMMUNICATIONS RECEIVES CONTRACT
    WHITE HAVEN, Pa., Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- S. Stanley Fischman, president of Electronics Missiles & Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: ECIN) today announced that the company was awarded the contract for an eight channel wireless cable TV system for the City of Riga, Latvia.
    The transmission equipment will be shipped within the next 30 days. A joint venture, named BALTCOM, between International Telcell Group, L.P. of Greenwich, Conn., and RTVE, Latvia, is the owner/operator.
    Electronics, Missiles & Communications, Inc., located in White Haven, is a leading manufacturer of television transmission equipment. Its stock is traded over the counter on the NASDAQ system; ticker symbol ECIN.
