EKAASEL ONLINE GRIEvANCE REdRESS SySTEM LAuNCHEd.
With the government increasingly accelerating reforms on Public Services Delivery initiative, the grievance redress component has become a critical aspect, especially in context of strengthening citizen engagement in the public sphere. To address grievances of people accessing public services offered by the ministries, an online system called eKaaSel was launched on Wednesday.
The online grievance on redress system ekaaSal has been developed to serve as a onestop platform for receiving, assessing and resolving multifarious grievance on public services. eKaaSel can be accessed from the citizen portal at www.citizenservices.gov.bt and to avail the service, a citizen is required to submit verification details.
The citizen would have to provide a mobile number so as to be informed on the successful submission of the grievance.
