EDTRIN Signs Partnership Agreement with Fingerprint Me.
Fingerprint Me is an employer driven, socially focused organisation helping young people thrive in their transition from education into the workforce.
The company assesses young individuals (15 to 24) who are looking for future work options, uncovering what makes each person unique (their 'fingerprint'), assisting them to find a pathway to a future career and job readiness. The Fingerprint Me Academy recently launched in Balwyn, Melbourne, Victoria.
Daniela Ascone, Fingerprint Me Director of Strategy and Partnerships, saw the benefits of working with EDTRIN to tackle an immediate youth employment issue. She said, "Peter Coronica, Fingerprint Me's CEO, and I first met with Chris Gillard and Damian O'Sullivan from EDTRIN in February, this year.
"We were impressed with EDTRIN's vision of learning for life, as well as their initiatives and ideas around the youth employment and engagement space we're operating in. We had immediate philosophical alignment.
"It became obvious that a partnership will be mutually beneficial and assist both in achieving our respective goals. We're very happy, and excited to begin to work together with EDTRIN to tackle youth employment issues and help create more self-assured, confident, young people who know who they are, what they want to be and do, and crucially, how to get there."
Damian O'Sullivan, Chief Education Officer for EDTRIN, shared similar sentiments about the partnership. He said, "The work that the team is doing at Fingerprint Me is brilliant. It is valuable and important both socially and economically.
"We're very much looking forward to combining our knowledge, networks, scalability and ideas with Fingerprint Me to help deliver successful education and training for as many young individuals as we can, backed by career pathway strategies and world class school to work transition programs."
Under the partnership agreement, EDTRIN and Fingerprint Me will collaborate and co-develop business initiatives (projects), share networks and undertake cross-promotion. Each will also offer the other competitive partner rates for any services, as required.
