ED HOWARTH NAMED PRESIDENT OF ALL SPORTS USA BOXING

 NEW YORK, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Famed boxing manager and fighter Edward R. Howarth has been appointed president of All Sports USA Boxing, Inc., a subsidiary of the public company Madison Sports & Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MSET), Kingston, N.Y., which made the announcement today. Don Turner, who trains former heavyweight champion Larry Holmes, was named vice president. He has also trained or managed such fighters as Mike McCalum, Chris Tozo and Aaron Prior.
 From 1966 to 1982, Ed Howarth was chairman of the American Boxing Association. He has managed and trained 27 professional fighters, i.e. Tommy Hearns, Benny Brisco, Bobby Whatts; and in 1959 was amateur welterweight champion of the United States, with a record of 35-1-1.
 Madison Sports & Entertainment Group, Inc., which trades publicly on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board (symbol: MSET), is a conglomerate which promotes major athletic events, new sports, markets memorabilia of superstars and celebrities, and is also active in the music and entertainment worlds. Joseph Radcliffe, CEO of Madison, said that the new management team at All Sports will direct both amateur and professional boxing events.
