ECONVERGENT CHOOSES OCTANE RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE.

eConvergent, a Business Solution Provider (BSP) for e-business customer interaction, has become partners with Octane Software, Inc., a provider of Internet Relationship Management (iRM) applications and infrastructure software. eConvergent selected Octane's iRM suite as the key application in eConvergent's complete web-based customer interaction solution, enabling companies to provide customer care across multiple communication channels -- the Web, email, phone, fax, chat -- while capturing customer profile and buying information. eConvergent incorporates this customer interaction system into its comprehensive infrastructure and proven customer satisfaction methodology to provide e-businesses with a hosted, rapidly-deployable and seamless customer care solution.
