EASTEC Now Features Five Shows in One Venue.

DEARBORN, Mich., March 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) announced today that EASTEC 2006, the East Coast's Largest Annual Manufacturing Event, will feature five shows in one venue. This expanded event will take place on May 23-25 at the Eastern States Exposition Center in West Springfield, Massachusetts.

For more than a quarter-century, EASTEC has connected buyers in the East Coast's diverse marketplace with sellers of advanced manufacturing equipment and services. Since the first EASTEC, over 400,000 manufacturing professionals from the aerospace, defense, automotive, computer, medical, consumer products, and other industries have attended, ready to purchase the latest technologies and services.

Five focused exhibit areas have been created to make the show more convenient:
