E.L. BRYENTON & ASSOCIATES ANNOUNCE SUCCESSFUL DEVELOPMENT
 OF A POCKET SIZED DEVICE
OTTAWA, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- E.L. Bryenton & Associates Inc. (BRYTECH), of Ottawa, Canada, announced today the successful development of a pocket sized device to read and identify U.S. paper money (bank notes). Intended for blind and visually impaired Americans, Note Teller frees visually impaired users from dependency on other people by providing a device to identify paper money.
Note Teller reads all U.S. paper money denominations from $1 to $100. Weighing only 0.5 lbs., it measures 6 inches x 3 inches x 1 inch and fits into a shirt pocket or purse. Two years of extensive consumer trials supported crucial aspects of Note Teller's development, including audio performance, industrial design and ergonomics. Continued feedback from persons using Note Teller in everyday situations demonstrates that Note Teller meets the needs of visually impaired people.
Note Teller operates on a 9-volt battery and is accurate, reliable, portable: it can be used almost anywhere. Note Teller complies with FCC Regulation 15 and is now commercially available in the United States. BRYTECH's development of Note Teller follows closely its success with a similar device for Canada, which drew world wide interest.
