 E-SYSTEMS UNIT RECEIVES COGSWELL AWARD
 DALLAS, July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Serv-Air, Inc., a wholly owned


subsidiary of E-Systems (NYSE: ESY), was recently awarded the James S. Cogswell Outstanding Industrial Security Achievement Award for 1992.
 According to Edward A. Dotson, chief of the defense investigative service southwest region field office, Serv-Air was one of only 42 companies nationwide who received this award out of 12,000 security cleared contractors. The award recognized Serv-Air's security organization for total devotion and accomplishments toward industrial security matters and management's support of these efforts. The European operations of Serv-Air received the James Cogswell award in 1990.
