E Coli man still critical.

THE husband of an OAP killed by the E Coli outbreak was last night still critically ill.

Stephen Rowan, 72, is being treated at Glasgow's Victoria Infirmary. Wife Margaret, 66, had been nursing him at their Paisley home when she fell ill.

The outbreak centres on cooked meats sold in two Morrisons supermarkets in Paisley.

Two women, 70 and 71, are also recovering in hospital. Four other people, who tested positive for EColi, are recovering at home.

The firm yesterday revealed cooked meat from the delis of the stores being investigated was sold in the cafes and staff canteens.

The meat was also used in sandwiches sold at one branch.
