Dutton & NAL signs new deal with Harlan Coben.


Dutton and New American Library has announced that it has signed a new agreement with author Harlan Coben for two books.

According to Publishers Weekly the deal was negotiated by Dutton president and publisher Brian Tart with Lisa Erbach Vance of the Aaron Priest Agency.

Coben's current book Promise Me was reportedly also released with Dutton and the first title under the new deal is scheduled for release in 2008.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
