Durst renews Third Avenue three.

The Durst Organization announced it has renewed leases with three tenants at 733 Third Avenue.

Fujitsu America, Inc. will remain in their 10,964 s/f suite on the 17th floor. Marwood Group & Co. USA, LLC will continue leasing the 25,438 s/f 11th floor. And Continental Industries Group, Inc. is relocating from the 20th floor to the 7,442 s/f 21st floor. All three leases were a 10-year term.

Fujitsu, a tenant in the building since 2004, is renovating their suite to accommodate the digital team's need for open concept floor plan. Both Marwood and Continental Industries have been 733 Third Avenue tenants for the past 10 years.

Fujitsu was represented by Director Brian Cohen of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Principal and Executive Managing Director Dennis Someck of Lee & Associates represented Marwood. And Continental Industries was represented by Executive Managing Director Michael Joseph of Colliers. The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Director Ashley Gee on all three deals.
