Dulaney named fellow.
Henry A. Dulaney, chief of Engineering and Construction Division of the Corps of Engineers Vicksburg District, has been named a Fellow by the National Board of Direction of the Society of American Military Engineers.
To earn the distinction of fellow, the society's highest honor, members must exhibit dedication and outstanding service to SAME and to the engineering profession. In addition, an important role of a SAME Fellow is to mentor young members.
Dulaney has 30 years of experience with the Vicksburg District. As chief of engineering and construction, he is responsible for the management of alli of the engineering and construction activities of the District. He has been a member of SAME for 22 years and has been an integral part of its operations. Since its inception in 2003, he has been directly involved with the planning and execution of the SAME/Army Engineering and Construction Camp held in Vicksburg. He has also served on the Vicksburg Post's board of directors in multiple leadership roles.
Dulaney earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in engineering from Mississippi State University and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Mississippi.
