Duck-Pond Pies.

Enjoy this snack while you feed the ducks! There is enough to share with three friends.

What you need:
Measuring spoons
Small mixing bowl
Muffin pan
Wooden spoon
1 Granny Smith apple,
 cored and cut into
 small pieces
2 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon flour
White bread, 8 slices
Nonstick cooking spray


What you do:

1. Mix the apple, the raisins, the honey, the cinnamon, the nutmeg, and the flour in a small mixing bowl.

2. Mash the bread slices until they are flat.

3. Remove the bread crusts and save them to feed the ducks.

4. Spray the muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.

5. Press four of the flattened bread slices into the bottoms of the muffin pan openings.

6. Spoon the same amount of the apple mixture into each crust.

7. Top each pie with the remaining flattened bread slices.

8. Seal the edges of each pie.

9. Bake at 325 [degrees] for twenty minutes.

10. Let cool.
