The new logo for Dubai channel during the holy month will be eC[pounds sterling]Shaishtna Ghair Fe Shaher Al KhaireC[yen] (Our Screen Is Different on the Prosperous Month).
According to the London daily Elaph, the host of the celebration Maysa Al Maghrabi, opened with a poem welcoming everyone and describing how Dubai channels have aired some of the most successful Arab television dramas. The manager of Dubai Press Association, Hussein Ali, gave a speech welcoming everyone and announcing that both channels have chosen the best Ramdan programs for this upcoming season.
The show included clips from the various dramas and the stars of the series were asked to go up on stage to take pictures, although some of the stars expressed their displeasure.
Egyptian actors Yusra and Rojeena attended the celebration, both star in the new television drama series eC[pounds sterling]Fe Aydi AmeenaheC[yen] (In Safe Hands). The Egyptian actor, Muhammad Hunaidi was also there, who will star in the cartoon show eC[pounds sterling]Super Hunaidi.eC[yen]
Stars of the new Syrian drama series eC[pounds sterling]Siraa Ala Al RimaleC[yen] (Conflict On Sand), the director Hatem Ali, and writer Hani Al Sadi were also in attendance. The stars Muna Wasef, Saba Mubarak, Basel Khayat, Abed AL Minem Amayri, Nidal Nijim and Qamar Khalaf were all there.
The Syrian actor Saloom Haddad was prsenest for his new drama series eC[pounds sterling]Al HooteC[yen] (The Wale) with the stars of the series Khaled Taja and the director Radwan Shaheen.
