Commenting on the award, Faizal Eledath, CIO, Dubai Bank, said: "The CRM initiative in Dubai Bank was conceived and implemented with a business philosophy that puts the customer at the centre of our bank.

This comprehensive project covered processes around customer service, sales and marketing, across multiple channels.

We are delighted that this prestigious award recognises the successful implementation of our CRM system which further enhances the service we give to our customers.

"The award was accepted by Faizal Eledath, CIO, Dubai Bank, at the ACN Arab Technology Awards 2010 held at the Armani Hotel, Burj Khalifa.

"The ACN Arab Technology Award comes in the same month that Dubai Bank was named best "Islamic Bank" by Ethos Consultancy.
