Duane Reade signs lease.

Stephen N.J. Filippo represented Duane Reade Drug Store Company, a large local chain of Health & Beauty Aid & Pharmacy, for retail space at the Chanin Building, 122 East 42nd Street, New York City.

The lease is for 6,000 square-feet and the term is for 18-years. The aggregate rental is undisclosed.

The Chanin Building is a example of art deco and old world charm situated in the heart of mid-town Manhattan, at Lexington Avenue & 42nd Street.

Bruce Watkins, of Bruce Watkins & Co. represented the landlord, Stahl Real Estate.
