Drug-Testing Guide. (Reference & Training).

The Institute for a Drug-Free Workplace is offering the Guide to State and Federal Drug-Testing Laws. The 900-page book was developed to provide a thorough analysis of the statutory law, case law and regulations affecting drug testing in the workplace. Updated annually, the guide addresses legal restrictions on drug-testing procedures and the types of testing employers may conduct in their battle against work place drug abuse.

The two-volume guide includes summaries of state and federal statutes and case law; summaries of related workers' and unemployment compensation statutes and cases; and matrices of state drug-testing and statues and cases.
