Driven crazy Mersey Memory.

Byline: Alan Caddick

AN ITEM in your Motormax section ECHO,February 21) was surely intended as an early April fools joke.Any one with a nose on theirhead would know that women are responsible for the majority of hold ups and frustration on our roads.

Take the alleged ``risk taking'' by men. This so called ``survey'' was based entirely on personal admissions. So who is telling the truth?

In reality, womenare slower in their reactions which,in motoring terms,is a dangerous trait.

How I laughed when I read the ``admission'' about women speeding less than men.Come on! I live beside a dual carriageway and have witnessed women speed excessively with apparent disregard for other road users and residents alike.
