Dribeck's Schwalm joins Barton Beers as new president.

Ellis Goodman, chairman and CEO of Barton Inc., announced that Thomas Schwalm has joined Barton Beers, Ltd., as president, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the beer importing company.

Schwalm joins Barton with over 24 years of sales, marketing and advertising experience in the domestic and imported beer industries. Prior to joining Barton, Schwalm served as vice president of sales and marketing at Dribeck Importers, here he worked since 1984.

He also held management positions at The Stroh Brewery Co. and the Jos. Schlitz Brewing Co.

Schwalm, who is married with three children, earned a bachelor of science degree in history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
