Here's the Timelord getting to know his new sidekick Martha Jones intimately, within minutes of her arriving at the Tardis.

The Doctor (David Tennant) must be having deja vu - he had a similar clinch with previous assistant Rose Tyler, actress Billie Piper.

Martha is played by newcomer Freema Agyeman. She said: "I was working at Blockbusters not long ago." With scenes like this, the third series, starting March 31, should also be a blockbuster.
