Dr Pepper Snapple Group has made several management changes in a move to "increase its focus on key consumers and capitalize on [its] distribution network" and to be able to "respond nimbly to the evolving demands of the marketplace." Effective immediately, Rodger Collins, president of bottling group sales, will also take over responsibility for finished goods, while Jim Trebilcock becomes chief marketing officer. He was previously senior vice president, marketing, and he takes over the job of Randy Gier, executive vice president marketing and R&D, who has now left the company to pursue other career opportunities. In other changes, Pedro Herran, president of Mexico and the Caribbean, also become head of corporate strategy and Tina Barry takes on the new role of head of corporate affairs. Jim Johnston remains head of beverage concentrates and national account sales.
