A 1,554-SF condo unit in downtown Little Rock rang up a $510,000 sale.

The James Lee Witt Revocable Trust and Lea Ellen Witt Revocable Trust acquiered the 11th floor space in the First Security Center at 521 President Clinton Ave. The seller is Harding-Crafton Investment Properties LLC, led by Rush Harding and Hal Crafton.

The limited liability company purchased the unit for $360,800 in December 2004 from Clinton and Sherman Building I, led by Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker.
