Douglas Equipment Ltd acquired by Curtiss-Wright Flow Control.

Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Company, part of Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE:CW), reported on Wednesday that it has acquired the assets of Douglas Equipment Ltd, a supplier of aviation support vehicles.

The purchase price was approximately USD20m in cash.

Douglas supplies various commercial aviation ground support vehicles, including a range of towbarless and conventional aircraft tractors and runway friction measuring devices. The company, which is based in the UK, recorded sales of approximately USD28m in 2010.
