Douglas Elliman announces venture with Joan Quigg.

Douglas Elliman, the Manhattan-based managers and brokers of luxury homes and apartments in New York City, and Joan Quigg Realtors, Inc., one of Saddle River's most distinguished real estate firms, announce that they have formed a joint venture, Douglas Elliman-Joan Quigg Inc.

Douglas Elliman-Joan Quigg Inc. will become the latest branch office of the Douglas Elliman network, which includes offices in New York City, Greenwich, Connecticut, Locust Valley, New York, and Bernardsville, New Jersey.

Allan Rogers, managing director of Douglas Elliman said: "We've admired the Joan Quigg Realtors, Inc. for many years for their professionalism, their skill, and the exceptional quality of the properties which they represent," adding, "Joan Quigg brings 18 years of real estate experience in Saddle River, as well as 12 years of relocation expertise to provide a perfect "hands-on" management style for our distinguished new entity."

Founded in 1911, Douglas Elliman-Gibbons & Ives has been the pre-eminent manager of residential and commercial buildings and the leading broker of luxury apartments and houses, retail space and offices in the New York area for over 80 years. Douglas Elliman also has offices in Greenwich, Connecticut, Locust Valley, New York, and Bernardsville, New Jersey.

Joan Quigg Realtors, Inc. has been Saddle River's most distinguished real estate company for nearly 20 years. The firm specializes in the sale of fine homes in some of Bergen County, New Jersey's most prestigious communities, including Saddle River, Upper Saddle River, Franklin Lakes and Ridgewood.
