Double whammy in midtown for JLL.
Jones Lang LaSalle has completed two tenant representation transactions totaling 13,900 s/f.Investment advisor FLA Advisers LLC subleased 7,400 square feet at 350 Park Avenue, and money management firm W Capital Partners signed for 6,500 square feet at 1 East 52nd Street.
Michael Gerla, senior rice president, with Jones Lang LaSalle's New York office, represented both tenants.
FLA Advisers signed for 7,400 s/f of sublease space at 350 Park Avenue with management consulting firm Roland Berger Strategy Consultants LLC. The subtenant will occupy the entire 30th floor of the building through 2011. FLA Advisers is relocating from 590 Madison Avenue.
Sean Black of Grubb & Ellis represented Roland Berger in the sublease transaction.
W Capital Partners leased 6,500 s/f at 1 East 52nd Street for a term of seven years.
The firm will occupy the entire fifth floor of the building. W Capital Partners is relocating from 245 Park Avenue.
Building owner Salvatore Ferragamo was represented by John Issacs of Cushman & Wakefield Inc.
