Double deal joy for Scots; SPORTSFILE.

SCOTLAND star Calum MacLeod has won a new two-year contract at English giants Warwickshire.

MacLeod impressed Edgbaston boss Ashley Giles during his first season as a pro last summer.

Giles has also offered a new deal to MacLeod's fellow Scot Nav Poonia.

And the ex-England spinner claims he has no regrets about sticking with his talented Scottish young guns.

Giles said: "I am not going to buy a big-name player who I don't want and who might take away a chance from a youngster.

"We are in a good place with this squad and who is to say that Nav and Calum won't have a brilliant season next year?"
