Double Diamond reflects history in new mirror.

In its newest consumer promotion, a wood-framed mirror will be made available in limited quantities. The design, which features the brand's label in full color and marks the inception date of the brewer Ind Coope, "is tasteful yet dynamic," according to Ken Russell, Associated Importers' brand manager for Double Diamond.

Russell also said that Double Diamond's sales progress has been looking bright in recent months. "Double Diamond concluded 1990 with the greatest growth rate in its U.S. history, and we anticipate that we will exceed that in 1991," Russell commented. "There is a great deal of interest on the part of a sgement of U.S. beer consumers for Double Diamond's well-hopped formuia.

"The fact that the brewery won the award for England's finest ale in 1990 by CAMRA, a group devoted to the establishment of quality in ale in England," Russell said, "ttests to Double Diamond's great taste."
