Doral Greens gets financing.

Doral Greens at Arrowwood, a new community under construction in Rye Brook, New York, has announced that C. Itoh Realty Services has provided a $47.2 million dollar participating construction loan.

The community is the first residential community in the New York metropolitan area linking resort amenities to homeowners. Doral Greens at Arrowwood is currently under construction in Rye Brook, New York. The community's 138 homes will overlook the new nine-hole golf course designed by Robert Von Hagge Associates, architects of Miami's world famous "Blue Monster," where the Doral Ryder Open is played. The community is on the property of the Doral Arrowwood Resort. Residents will have full hotel services available, including room service, housekeeping, concierge services, security and catering. Prices range from $320,000 to more than $650,000. Occupancy is scheduled for fall 1992.
