Donnelley Enterprise Solutions Incorporated Signs Renewal Contract With Sidley & Austin

CHICAGO, Nov. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Donnelley Enterprise Solutions Incorporated (DESI) (Nasdaq: DEZI) today announced the signing of a three-year renewal contract to provide business services outsourcing for its largest client, the Chicago-based law firm of Sidley & Austin. DESI estimates a total contract revenue of $22.7 million.

Under the terms of the agreement, DESI will continue to provide on-site management and operations support for business services. The three-year contract includes a renewal of core reprographic services and the expansion of new services including word processing, desktop publishing, litigation support, and facsimile management. In addition, Donnelley Enterprise Solutions provides systems integration and IS outsourcing services to Sidley & Austin under separate agreements.

Sidley & Austin, the sixth largest law firm in the United States as ranked by The National Law Journal, commenced outsourcing with Donnelley Enterprise Solutions Incorporated in 1988. Donnelley Enterprise Solutions Incorporated offers business services outsourcing and information technology services to 33 of the 100 largest law firms as ranked by The National Law Journal in 1995.
