Donald Nyberg (People)

Donald Nyberg was named president of BP Pipelines (Alaska) Inc. A 15-year BP and Standard Oil Co. executive, Nyberg most recently was vice president in charge of the company's Houston Technical Center. He represents BP on the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS) Owners' Committee, serves as the company's primary contact to Alyeska Pipeline Service Co. on policy issues and directs activities of the Alaska Pipeline Unit. The Alaska Pipeline Unit recently relocated from Cleveland, Ohio, to Anchorage. It manages BP's share of TAPS and other Alaska pipelines and interacts with Alyeska on pipeline issues.
