Framework Agreement on the acquisition of domestic air transport services for medical teams of transplant organs, tissues and cells of human origin.

Total quantity or scope: 1) during the whole framework agreement for domestic passenger transport services, it is estimated purchase a minimum number of 290bilete and a maximum of 630 tickets; 2) For one of the subsequent contract to be awarded for the duration of the framework agreement for domestic air transportation of passengers is estimated purchase a minimum of three and maximum of 30 tickets tickets; Estimated value excluding VAT: between 317,863.1 683,488.2 RON and

The deadline for receipt of requests for documents or for accessing documents: 16.9.2016 6:00 p.m.

Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate: 28/09/2016 4:00 p.m.

Minimum time frame during which the tenderer must maintain the tender: 90 days (from the date stated for receipt of tender)

Date (closing date of the tender evaluation): 10/28/2016 6:00 p.m.

Language or languages in which may be tender or to participate: Romanian

Deposits and guarantees required: Participation Guarantee amount (GP) is 2% of the largest subsequent contract in question: 1130.00 lei. The reference rate is made in lei equivalent in another currency, the press NBR is 5 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The validity of GP should cover the period of validity of the tender, ie 90 days from the deadline for submission of tenders; In case of extension of the validity period of the tender validity period will be extended GP properly, otherwise it is considered that the bidder withdrew his offer. Form of organizing the GP GP is established by bank transfer or through a guarantee instrument issued under the law by a banking company or an insurance company, which is presented in original, in the amount and for the period stipulated in the tender documentation . GP will name specific acquisition which accounted for GP. If opting for setting up legal entities GP by bank transfer amount will be transferred into the account: RO29 TREZ 7025 005X XX01 1255, opened at the Treasury and Fiscal Sector 2: 26361041. GP will be the letter of guarantee issued under law by a banking company or an insurance company. Bid bond issued in another language than Romanian language will be accompanied by a certified translation into Romanian. GP refund will be based on the request submitted by the economic operator. For traders employed by law in the SME category, GP will be allowed in the amount of 50% of the minimum level required.
