Dog lovers' park stroll.

HUNDREDS of dog lovers and walkers will put their best foot forward to raise awareness about abandoned greyhounds in Birmingham.

The Great British Greyhound Walk will take place at different parks across the country, including Kingsbury Water Park, Sutton Coldfield on June 20 from 10.30am.

Perry Barr Retired Greyhound Trust events co-ordinator Pam Dewar said: "The walks are designed to be great fun, whether you own a greyhound, are considering a dog as a pet or just fancy a walk."
