Doctors of all Govt hospitals in KP observing strike for 5th consecutive day.
ISLAMABAD -- Doctors of all government hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are observing strike for 5th consecutive day today (Sunday). Except emergency, all other services are closed in hospitals. Doctors are demanding that they should not be transferred to hospitals in their native areas without their consent. Meanwhile, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan has called a meeting of representatives of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Doctors Council on Tuesday to discuss their grievances. He has also urged doctors to end their strike immediately in the best interest of public.
