Dobbs set for first ride in Sweden.

PAT DOBBS will be looking to Rab Havlin for advice when both ride in the 12-runner Group 3 Stockholms Stora Pris at Taby racecourse this evening, writes Graham Green.

Dobbs, who is in top form with five winners already this month, is paying his first visit to Sweden to partner Fearless Hunter for Norwegian trainer Rune Haugen.

Dobbs said: "I don't know anything about the horse but I rode a winner for Rune at the carnival in Dubai over the winter and he invited me to ride. But Robert has been to Taby loads of times, so that will be a big help."

For Havlin, who rides Funinthesand for another Norwegian trainer, Wido Neuroth, in the extended 1m1f event worth 800,000 krona (PS71,000/ €88,000), the race is part of a whistlestop tour of Europe. He was in action in Germany yesterday, rides at Haydock tomorrow and goes to Norway on Thursday.
